Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at tp.cendynboost.com. We want you to love your purchase! If you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Return Window: You may return items within 30 days of delivery date.
- Item Condition: All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.
- Final Sale Items: Clearance, sale, or marked “Final Sale” items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Exclusions: Underwear, swimwear, and accessories (socks, hats, scarves) are final sale due to hygiene reasons.
2. Return Process
- Contact Us: Email support@tp.cendynboost.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.
- Approval: We will review your request and reply within 24–48 hours with a return authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include all tags/accessories, and ship it to the address provided with a trackable shipping method. Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item (typically 5–7 business days), we will process your refund or exchange.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer’s Responsibility: For returns due to size issues, change of mind, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Our Responsibility: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (our error), we will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or full refund.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.
- Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for size or color (subject to inventory). To request an exchange, follow the return process above and note your desired replacement size/color.
6. Late Returns
Returns postmarked after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our eligibility criteria.
