We offer reliable shipping across the United States. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Processing Time


  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Options & Rates (U.S. Domestic)


  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Free on orders over $50; $4.99 on orders under $50.
  • Express Shipping (2–3 business days): $9.99.
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $19.99 (order by 2 PM EST for same‑day shipping).

3. Order Tracking


Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor delivery status.

4. Delivery Times


  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or high‑volume periods.
  • Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

5. Shipping Restrictions


  • We currently ship only to U.S. addresses (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
  • We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages


  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked “delivered” but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
